Dogsledding Kirkens

Our tailor made experiences

Get ready for your next adventure

Are you unsure what to book for your upcomming Arctic holiday? We have done it easy for you and created a few travel itineraries with some of our most popular activities.

Northern Norway is packed with adventures for you to take part of; both summer and winter. During winter you can go dog sledding, reindeer sledding, snowmobiling, whale watching and and a lot of other fun activities.

In summer, and to be honest the summer isn't always warm and sunny in the Arctic. Because of the mild temperatures it's perfect to go hiking with the huskies in Krikenes, or maybe in a husky wagon? Almost like dog sledding in the winter, only that the sledge has wheels. The Snowhotel Kirkenes is also open 365 days a year, which means that you can discover the snow and ice also during the summertime. Welcome - let's explore!

The best of Kirkenes

Stay in one of the cold rooms at the Snowhotel 365 Kirkenes. Here you can experience the snowy winter all days of the year. During the day you'll go dog sledding in Sandnesdalen, and in the afternoon we will take you out on the fjord ice by snowmobile and sleigh to find the red king crab. You will step out on the frozen fjord and help the fisherman pull the traps from the deep through the hole in the ice. This includes a big and fresh meal - maybe the best you'll ever taste!
