The Char Cabin is a private cabin located about 100m from the camp. It is perfect for 2-4 people, and has everything a proper timber cabin should, including a loft where you will sleep. The cabin is heated by a fireplace but has no running water. Toilets and showers are a one-minute walk in a central service building.

 Season: 15.11. - 31.03.

Minimum: 2 people

Maximum: 4 people

Children: All children are welcome. Ages of children must always be provided in the booking

1 Cabin

Total capacity 4 beds.

 What's included?

  • Breakfast
  • Towels and cleaning
  • Firewood for fireplace

Hot meal in the evening (warm stew) and hot drinks

Food & beverages

Both hot meal and breakfast will be served in a traditional North Norwegian setting around the open fire in a reindeer herder’s tent. Due to the limited access to a kitchen, we serve a traditional Norwegian soup/stew as a hotmeal. The main ingredient is meat (lamb or reindeer) or fish. All meals contain vegetables and we also serve “Polar bread” on the side. We serve coffee, tea and water to the meal. Vegetarian food will be provided if notice is given. Upon booking the stay, please advise us of any food allergies; we will provide an alternative option.

What to wear & bring with you?

We recommend dressing in warm winter clothing and in layers so you can adjust your clothing to the weather. We recommend bringing a scarf in cold weather.
